Why the work matters

Two customers. Two outcomes we'd take all day.

Northwind Logistics
"We replaced four tools with Acme. Our ops team got 12 hours per week back, and the data is finally in one place."
12 hrs saved per ops lead, every week
BrightPath Health
"Onboarding used to take a week. With bulk import, we got our entire clinical team live in one afternoon."
5 days cut from new-customer onboarding

Where we stand

Company health, in plain language.

Two numbers that matter most for the full team this month.

Annual recurring revenue $8.4M Up 9.2% vs April On pace to clear $11M by end of year. The dashboard release is already pulling more upgrades than we modeled.
Runway at current burn 22 mo Up 2 months vs April New ARR offsetting hiring spend. We are comfortable, not complacent. Hiring stays paced through Q3.
Headcount today: 62 humans. Plan for end of Q3: 74. Detailed cohort and unit economics live in the board pack, not here.

Values · 09 / 15
Culture moment

One value, lived this month.

Default to ship.

When the dashboard rebuild hit a database edge case the Tuesday before launch, the team didn't push the date. They pulled together, scoped down the riskiest piece, and shipped on time with a clean follow-up plan. That's the bar. Honest about what's hard, ruthless about what matters, biased to act.

Honest reflection

Two things that didn't go to plan.

Because a slide of only wins is a slide that's hiding something.

SMB churn ticked up to 4.1%
We saw 3 percentage points of churn drift in the under-50-seat segment. Root cause: onboarding friction we knew about but hadn't prioritized. The bulk import release helps, but not enough on its own.
What we'll do New onboarding flow is priority #3 above. Owner is shared between Product and CS, weekly cadence starting June 3.
EMEA launch delayed to Q3
We told customers May. We're now looking at August at the earliest. Data residency requirements were heavier than we modeled, and we don't want to ship half-ready.
What we'll do Direct email to the 47 EMEA prospects this week. New date locked, no slippage past August 31. Updates in #launch-emea.

Shout-outs · 13 / 15
The unsung wins

Quiet contributions that made the month work.

Anita Desai · IT
Migrated the entire company to passkeys in two weeks with one ticket filed. Quiet, fast, perfect.
Carlos Mendes · Finance
Closed the books in 5 days instead of 10. The fastest month-end we've ever had.
Maya Chen · Marketing
Wrote and published 11 launch assets for the dashboard release on a 3-day turnaround. Every one shipped on time.
The on-call rotation
Zero customer-facing incidents this month. 14 paged events resolved before they became anything. Thank you.
Tom Bauer · Legal
Turned the SCIM contract redlines around in 24 hours, three times in a row. Sales told us; we're telling everyone.
